Only visible black algae streak regrowth on asphalt shingle areas treated under the original paid roof washing invoice is covered.
Moss, lichen, mold, dirt, debris, sap, rust, soot, shingle color or defects, leaks, storm damage, and other outside damage are not covered.
Areas cleaned, chemically treated, coated, repaired, replaced, altered, or damaged after service are not covered. Coverage starts after the invoice is paid in full.
The sole remedy is complimentary re-treatment of the affected covered area. No refunds, cash value, roof repair or replacement, or incidental or consequential costs are provided.
Claims must be reported before expiration. The claimant must provide the address, photos if requested, and safe access. Scheduling is subject to safe conditions.
